Must have the ability to learn the DMV policies and procedures for all 50 states and to answer Title Administration calls.Must be be able to work independently, apply the knowledge learned to the calls and correction docs, must be able to focus on the task at hand, be an analytical thinker and a great multitasker. Must processed at least 250 correction docs daily. Must send out at least 25 FedEx packages daily. Must processed at least 40 calls daily. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Handling Title Account Revisions
. Communicates with dealers, customers, clients via verbally and written.
High school diploma or GED. Prior experience with DMV's and vehicle titles is a plus.
Review queues, determine and pursue effective follow up steps to ensure receipt of title documents.
Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
Review title documents to determine if a correction is warranted and process necessary correction.
Ability to work independently; type 35-40 WPM and accurate typing skills.
Release leased or retail title documents per state and client guidelines. Contacting clients by phone or e-mail. Receiving incoming calls from clients, dealers and customers and respond as necessary.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work independently.
