Golf Cart Attendant
Meet and greet members and guests upon arrival setting the tone for an exceptional golfing experience. Provide information concerning registering for play, the golf course and all other services available. Must have excellent understanding of outside operations, including Practice Facility, bag storage and golf cart staging. Greet members and guests upon arrival and departure. Provide all necessary information. Set the tone for an exceptional golf experience. Clean clubs to NGGC service standard and provide fond farewell Prep and stage carts for days play and any events or outings. Ensure all carts are clean and staged according to NGGC service standards. As golf carts are returned, clean, stock and put on charge for the next day. Store member and guest bags as needed. Provide world-class service using name recognition when greeting members and guests. Escort members and guests whenever possible. Once a member or guest is on property, they should never carry or lift their golf bag. Bags should be unloaded and loaded into cars for all members and guests. Remember how players like their golf bag placed on the golf cart. Set Practice Facility and Practice Greens according to NGGC standards. Restock and reset as needed throughout the day according to the NGGC business plan. Prepare for any tournaments or member events.
