Group Exercise Instructor

As the Group Exercise Instructor, you will offer meticulously structured workout plans that incorporate a diverse range of routines and movement patterns. Each session is thoughtfully designed to maximize efficiency, ensuring balanced progression while catering to various fitness levels and goals. Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve organizational goals. Maintain clear and professional communication with team members and stakeholders. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency in workflows. Monitor progress and evaluate performance to drive continuous improvement. Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance team productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Identify challenges and proactively develop solutions to address them. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Manage resources effectively, including time, budget, and personnel. Adapt to changing priorities and make informed decisions to support success. Qualifications
Must have National Group Exercise Certification and previous teaching experience. If applicant does not have National certification, it must be obtained within six months of employment. Experience is required.
