Accounts Payable Coordinator
Our client, a dynamic organization in the finance sector, is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be part of the finance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator Location: Miamisburg, OH Pay Range: $18.00 Shift: 1 What's the Job? Process invoices by coding or matching to Purchase Orders and ensure all invoices have the necessary approval. Coordinate with other departments to obtain necessary approvals and resolve purchase order discrepancies. Communicate with vendors to answer inquiries, request documentation, and reconcile accounts. Utilize knowledge of commonly used accounts payable concepts, practices, and procedures. Perform various clerical duties such as making copies and filing documents. What's Needed? No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices. Excellent communication skills for effective vendor interaction.
