Aerotek Fulfillment Specialist

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for performing tasks involved in processing and shipping orders to customers at the Fulfillment Center. This role is vital in ensuring that orders are accurately processed and dispatched in a timely manner. Responsibilities: Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescriptions to customers. Track all inbound and outbound items using radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure inventory accountability. Verify orders and ensure entry into the inventory management system. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all areas of the Fulfillment Center are orderly and free of debris. Uphold quality standards as set forth by management. Essential Skills: Willingness to work a flexible shift. Ability to stand for at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation. Capability to perform tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Additional Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED. At least 2 years of experience in a retail, centralized services, or fulfillment center environment. At least 6 months of experience operating motorized material handling equipment. At least 6 months of experience with radio frequency (RF) scanning. At least 6 months of experience entering and retrieving data in an inventory management system. Why Work Here? However, sleeveless shirts, shorts, scarves, dangling jewelry, clothing with inappropriate words or graphics, hats or head coverings, ripped clothing, exposed midriff, and pajama pants are not allowed. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Mechanicsville, Virginia. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
