Call Center Representative (Onsite, 2-Month Contract)

We're hiring Call Center Representatives to join a dynamic team supporting inbound customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently Document interactions and follow up as needed Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work onsite in Downtown Seattle for the duration of the contract Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Schedule & Compensation: Full-time hours (MondayFriday) Competitive hourly pay Potential for extension based on performance and business needs Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour Search managed by: Gerald Morales Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
