Monitor, coordinate, and reconcile inbound/outbound rail schedules, and enter billing in SAP. Serve as primary liaison between HM Logistics, Union Pacific, internal/external customers, and third-party vendors. Reconcile vendor invoices, schedule railcar cleaning, and maintain rail-related administrative records. Provide on-call support and cross-train in scale house operations and truck automation procedures. Coordinate logistics for special events, handle non-PO package shipments, enter purchase requisitions, and serve as a back-up for the plant clerical staff. Qualifications
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Bilingual a Plus Work Environment
Role operates primarily in an office setting within the plant environment. Physical Demands
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Frequent sitting, standing, and walking. Manual dexterity to operate office equipment. Ability to work in varying plant conditions. What We Offer
