This role will be administrative in nature, ensuring impeccable administration of the Political Action Committee, meeting all compliance reporting deadlines with accuracy and ahead of deadlines and effectively managing all PAC administrative processes. This individual will process Government Relations invoices, product donation requests and assist in shaping PAC data into useful reports for senior leaders. The administrative assistant will help the GR team plan external events by coordinating logistics and other duties as assigned. Duties & Responsibilities
Performs all administrative duties associated with the Political Action Committee, including maintaining records, responding to requests, generating reports, preparing and submitting documentation to ensure compliance with federal and state agencies. Coordinates and submits all invoices for GR Team for corporate and PAC accounts, maintains records, mails checks and ensures tracking is in place and accurate. Assists with event planning activities, product donation submissions, ordering supplies and maintaining inventory. Supports GR team by assisting with correspondence, shipping and various projects and tasks as needed. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Highly organized, ability to coordinate numerous projects at once, can respond rapidly to changing circumstances and demands, meets all deadlines. Maintains integrity, confidentiality, congeniality, tactfulness, and trustworthiness. A strong collaborator with good interpersonal skills and a desire to work across diverse groups internally and externally. Writes and communicates in an excellent professional manner, informatively, compellingly, and accurately. Prioritizes and plans numerous activities, extremely efficient and organized; uses time productively; meets all deadlines. Excellent attention to detail, avoiding errors and ensuring accuracy in tasks such as data entry, document preparation, scheduling and more. Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment are essential. Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality is paramount, especially when dealing with executive correspondence and personnel records. Minimum Qualifications
2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school Knowledge acquired through 1 to 3 years of work experience Preferred Qualifications
Associate's degree in Business, Public Relations, Communications Work Environment
