License & Title Administrator
An Addison Group client is looking for a License & Title Administrator! Job Responsibilities
Identify, quality check, scan, and file vehicle titles and registrations Prepare titles for sale and mail to purchaser/vendor File and pay vehicle registration-related taxes Use data, metrics, and reports to prioritize daily workload, select vendors, and identify issues before they impact the customer Scan and index multiple documents to maintain electronic vehicle files Research missing titles, take appropriate action to obtain, and track status until title is secured Obtain duplicate and corrected titles Follow up with customers for missing registration information Provide transaction status updates and address licensing-related questions as needed Assist with annual registration renewals through online platforms (e.g., Dealertrack) Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for vehicles being sold or re-registered Handle mail distribution, invoice payment, and document storage Support compliance-driven tasks tied to state DMV processes Perform other duties and projects as assigned to ensure departmental success Requirements
High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred) 1+ years of License & Title experience (dealership, DMV, rental, or auction house background highly preferred) Experience with industry platforms like Vitu and Dealertrack strongly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Strong attention to detail and highly accurate data entry skills Ability to work independently and manage administrative processes Comfort with occasional customer service interaction Willingness to obtain Notary certification and any necessary state license/title training Must be local to the Greater Philadelphia area (fully on-site role) Team player, reliable, and able to thrive in a compliance-focused environment Why Choose Addison Group?
