San Marcos, CA Location: Primary site in San Marcos, with occasional assignments in Oceanside, Carlsbad, Escondido, and Rancho Bernardo based on clinic needs Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week Shift Availability: Must be available between 6:30 AM

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and empathy Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and maintain accurate records Answer multi-line phones and assist with inquiries Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic protocols What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Strong communication and multitasking skills Reliable transportation to travel between clinic locations as needed Comfort working flexible shifts, including weekends Why This Role Stands Out
