Administrative Specialist
PrideStaff is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our client's team. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient information flow. Administrative Specialist Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support. Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications. Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with documentation. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Cultivate positive relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors. Administrative Specialist Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong knowledge of business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling). Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders (managers, vendors, peers, clients). Capable of working effectively both independently and in a group setting. Strong prioritization, time management, and deadline adherence skills. Ability to interpret verbal and/or written instructions. High School Diploma or GED required. At least one year of directly related administrative experience. Details: Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
