Service Coordinator Opportunity!
Our client in Warminster, PA is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, organizational skills, and great time management. This person will ensure smooth day-to-day activities by managing technician schedules, handling customer communication, and coordinating with our suppliers and technical international partners. Organizing and managing the schedules of 45 field service technicians. Dispatching technicians to customer sites based on priority and availability. Communicating daily plans and adjustments to the service team. Ordering and tracking spare parts/materials required by technicians. Placing orders with our international partners for spare parts. Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers. Assisting in resolving basic technical issues (electrical and mechanical) in collaboration with technicians. Providing regular updates and reporting on service operations, parts, and customer issues. What do you bring? 6+ years' experience in a related field (Service Technician, Field Tech, etc.) High School Diploma/GED. Proactive skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, multitasking skills, and detailed oriented. Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems (basic troubleshooting ability is a plus). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (French or Spanish language skills would be an advantage). Proficient with office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, planning tools).
