We're seeking compassionate and driven Bilingual Legal Intake Representatives to join our team at Legal Intake Professionals. This is an in-office position where you'll be the crucial first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal assistance. You will handle a high volume of incoming calls, guiding individuals who may be going through a difficult time with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy. You will use your sharp communication and active-listening skills to gather information and ensure every interaction is handled with the highest level of care. no prior customer service experience is needed. To be successful in this role, you must have: The ability to speak, read, and write in both Spanish and English. Strong communication skills, verbal and written. A professional phone voice that shows care and empathy. The ability to actively listen, ask appropriate questions when needed, and gather pertinent details. Experience in a Microsoft Windows environment. Compensation and Shifts: Compensation:
$20/hour with Perfect Attendance. Perfect Attendance means being on time for your shifts, returning from breaks promptly, and completing your full assigned shift. Pay without Perfect Attendance is $18/hour. Shifts:
Part-time hours, varying between 2pm-midnight. You must work a Saturday or Sunday each week. Training is four weeks, Monday-Friday 8am-12pm or 4pm-8pm. After training, you move to your new schedule.
