TrinityRail is searching for a Kronos Administrator for our Mobile Repair and Terminal Business. This position will be responsible for all timekeeping activities for 200+ employees across multi-site/state operations. What You'll Do: Responsible for the overall timekeeping, attendance, and hours reports and resolves all timekeeping discrepancies to ensure that weekly payroll processing is accurate and within company policies. Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting of hours and earnings for payroll, attendance tracking, reporting hours worked, paid time off, and leaves of absence. Proactively identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data. Adjusts and edits time according to Supervisor's approval. Maintains accurate and organized timekeeping records, including timely administration and maintenance of attendance points notification process. Performs routine clerical duties, such as filing, tabulating, compiling and/or posting records using an array of business software applications, such as TrinONE, RailcarRX, Excel, Word, and PPT (Microsoft Office). Coordinates the administrative activities of an office. Maintains confidentiality with all employee information. Enter Per diem and premium request and all tracking associated with request. May provide administrative assistance to plant leadership. Performs other duties as assigned. What You'll Need: Prior experience with automated timekeeping and payroll, familiarity with UKG and/or Kronos time and attendance system preferred. High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of related experience. Experience utilizing a points-based attendance system, preferably. Demonstrated decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills, including strong listening and comprehension skills, and excellent human relations and interpersonal skills. Strong analytic, attention to detail, problem-solving, judgment, and conflict resolution skills. Punctual attendance.
