Sales Support Specialist
Full-time, Monday-Friday, Onsite, 8:00am-4:00pm Location: Minneapolis 55418 Rate: $24.00 per hour Mintahoe Catering & Events is one of the largest family-owned catering companies in the Twin Cities area. For over 30 years, we have delivered exceptional food, service, and hospitality across premier venues and events of every size. We are passionate about creating memorable experiences and want someone equally excited about our brand. We are looking for a pleasant, enthusiastic, personable person, with great customer service skills to operate our front desk. This person will answer inquiries, process leads, support the office team members, and greet guests who come to visit our office. Position requirements: Answer and route phone calls, emails, and website inquiries promptly Enter and process new leads in our Client Record Management software with complete and accurate details Assigning leads to sales specialists in order to process, establish, and ensure timely follow ups to our customers Support the sales team's administrative needs and development programs Manage calendars for site tours, tastings, and client meetings Provide light support at events on occasion with check-ins, signage, and vendor coordination and additional tasks as assigned by management Flexibility to work occasional evening/ weekend event support to assist with Company needs Qualifications: At a minimum of two (2) years' experience in hospitality, customer service and front desk management Vibrant communication skills in both written, in person, and on the phone Strong organizational skills with the ability to priorities several projects at the same time Proficiency using Outlook and Microsoft Suites Familiarity with CRM/event software is a plus Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, PTO, FMLA, MNPL (2026), Life insurance, 401K
