to join a small but impactful healthcare team consisting of one physician and one PA/NP. This position will play a vital role in supporting pediatric patients (ages 210) with behavioral health needs in a welcoming, patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with pediatric patients and families during visits, with a focus on behavioral health support Document patient information accurately in the

ECW EMR system Facilitate communication between patients, providers, and staff Provide a warm, professional, and organized presence in the clinic Ensure consistent, reliable attendance and teamwork in a small practice setting Qualifications: Previous experience as a

Medical Assistant

(certification not required) Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

to serve a diverse patient population Experience in

pediatrics

and/or

behavioral health

Administrative duties may include scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, billing, and coding information for insurance purposes. Clinical duties may include taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examination, drawing blood, and administering medications as directed by physician. * Interview patients to obtain medical information and measure their vital signs, weight, and height. * Clean and sterilize instruments and dispose of contaminated supplies.
