so come join the team! The Office Administrator is the first point of contact for our Transportation & Logistics Department. This integral role manages the front desk, welcomes, and greets guests, and works closely with the Management Team for travel, Expense Reports, and Meetings. Responsibilities: Receive visitors at the front desk
greet, welcome, direct and announce accordingly Answer, screen and forward all incoming calls Receive, sort and deliver incoming mail Assistant to Management Team
travel plans, expense reports and enter contacts Manage break rooms
keep it stocked, order food and keep the area clean Organize the office, order supplies, coordinate deliveries and carrier pick ups Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment Assist in the onboarding process for new hires Plan in-house or off-site activities - parties, celebrations and conferences Will require occasional work outside of normal business hours
office events and urgent matters Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Proven experience as an Office manager and experience working closely with an Executive & Management Team Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers) Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
