City of Deer Park $12.67 Hourly Deer Park, TX Support Job Number: 01109 Department: Parks & Recreation Opening Date: 05/27/2025 General Purpose: Performs a variety of administrative and semi-skilled tasks in the operation and maintenance of the After School Program. Supervision Received: Works under the general supervision of the All Star Activity Program Leader Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Will lead 5-12 year olds in recreation setting, manage behavior problems, assist with activities and enforce policies and procedures. Assistance with Gameroom and Special Events may be necessary during peak times. Desired Minimum Qualifications: Education and experience: Course work in Elementary Education, first aid and CPR certificates desirable. Work experience with 5-12 year olds in a recreational setting a plus. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
