Join a team of five Legal Secretaries reporting to the Director of Administration. This role is with an international law firm that provides legal services in litigation, regulatory, and corporate matters, with a strong reputation for its government contracts practice and a focus on pro bono service, diversity, and client-centric innovation. Provide comprehensive administrative support to seven attorneys, managing day-to-day workflow and priorities. Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail. Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling meetings, court dates, and client appointments. Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, reservations, and expense reporting. Handle client billing processes, including time entry, editing prebills, and liaising with the billing department to ensure timely submission. Assist with file organization, document management, and case preparation. Act as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Minimum seven years of legal secretary or legal assistant experience within a law firm environment (required). Prior experience supporting both litigation and transactional attorneys strongly preferred. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal document management systems. Strong understanding of billing processes and time entry systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high level of professionalism. What's on Offer
