Collections Specialist

Job Responsibilities: B2B Collections! High call volume environment Prepare, review, and send invoices to clients in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy in billing information. Monitor and record incoming payments from clients, accurately posting to customer accounts. Proactively follow up with clients regarding overdue invoices via phone calls, emails, or written correspondence. Work with clients to establish payment plans if necessary. Regularly reconcile accounts receivable balances, ensuring that all discrepancies are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Process and apply payments received, accurately updating customer accounts. Requirements: 5 +years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Collections Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Excel- (Sorting and Filtering Data, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's) Why choose Addison Finance and Accounting?
