Title: Seasonal Customer Care (Call Center) Representative Starting Date: Immediately (position goes through January 19, 2026) Work Location: Customer Support Center 2240 W 1500 South Salt Lake City UT 84104 Position is On-Site (no remote work option) Position Type: Seasonal, Part-Time Description: Exhibit exceptional, world-class sales and customer service by actively selling and promoting Deseret Book products and services at our customer support center. Provide support to customers using phone and email. Process phone orders, credits, replacements, and data entry. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Approximately 30 hours per week Shift: M-F 8 am - 2 pm or 11 am - 5 pm *Some Saturdays required* Wage: $16.50 per hour Required Skills: Superior customer service and sales skills Excellent computer and data entry skills (with accuracy) Able to learn multiple computer programs quickly Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a supportive team member with a positive attitude. Keyboard 45 wpm Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus (not required) Must be able to work through the entire holiday season Benefits: Merchandise discount Closed Sundays Great working environment
