Account Coordinator
Our client, a commercial interior design and furniture solutions provider, is seeking an Account Coordinator to join their team. As an Account Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations and Sales Support departments supporting Account Managers and Project Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Kennewick, WA Pay Range: $24.03 - 28.05 DOE What's the Job?
Manage lifecycle and workflow of small delivery/service projects from creation to closeout Provide administrative support including documentation, quoting, and order processing Coordinate communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams Track vendor orders and resolve issues related to deliveries and installations Ensure timely invoicing and project closeout following standard processes What's Needed?
Experience with project coordination and administrative support Proficiency in tools like eManage, Project Spec, and vendor pricing systems Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and follow-through on tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills What's in it for me?
