As one of the world's largest operating conservation foundations, the Arbor Day Foundation educates and engages stakeholders and communities across the globe in planting, nurturing, and celebrating trees. Our vision is to help others use trees as a solution to global challenges like air and water quality, climate change, deforestation, poverty, and hunger. We need Halloween Event Staff to create safe, fun, and memorable experiences for guests during our All Hallows' Eve celebration at Tree Adventure supporting smooth operations across treat stops, tickets, retail, and guest flow. You Have:
People-first service. Friendly, upbeat, and patient with guests of all ages. Clear communication. Comfortable giving directions and answering questions. Reliability & teamwork. Show up on time, ready to help wherever needed. Cashier/point-of-sale basics. Able to assist with tickets and retail purchases. Comfort outdoors. Willing to work outside in varied fall weather and be on your feet. You Will:
Delight guests. Hand out treats and guide families through the Tree Adventure treat stops. Support operations. Help with tickets and retail transactions as needed. Direct flow. Provide wayfinding and keep lines moving at treat stations. Pitch in. Assist with parking, greeting, and light concessions assignments. Bring the spirit. Wear a (family-friendly, safe) costume, have fun while you work! Love Where You Work: We will feed you. Our Culinary Team will provide one complimentary meal per day. We care about your mental health. We offer an EAP (Employee Assistance Program) where you and your family can access free counseling sessions and much more support. We want to stay connected. We'll include you on our property-wide communications so you can stay in the know of company initiatives.
