Customer Service Representative
Location: Cambridge, MD (Calgaz) - Industrial spec gas How will you contribute and grow? The Customer Service Representative will provide product knowledge and account support to customers, internal and external, in a courteous and proactive manner. Benefits start after 30 days of employment. Are you a match? High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must have at least 2 years experience in internal and/or external customer service or Customer related administration. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software. SAP experience preferred but not required. Experience with Google platform preferred. 2 years experience in a fast paced order entry center preferred. Good understanding of SAP. (Preferred) Must be able to multitask efficiently. Excellent communication skills. Must be able to pay close attention to details.
