Workplace Experience Coordinator, Mailroom - San Francisco CA

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees of a designated building or campus. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the client. What You'll Do: Approve or reject deliveries based on Company Policy / Playbook Bring mail and packages to the assigned group or location as per the daily schedule. Process shipment requests with vendor, advising package owner of arrangements. Apply appropriate postage amounts and required identification to outgoing mail and packages. Check Mailroom daily and replenish all mail and postage supplies. Answer common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisors and optimally present information to an internal group. Capture and analyze data via weekly audits to identify and tackle problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques. Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of everyone on the campus. Follow specific directions as given by the manager. Impact through clearly defined duties, and methods and tasks are described in detail. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. What You'll Need: High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required. Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way. In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace. Jira, Envoy Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality. Why CBRE?
