Construction Laborer
We are seeking an experienced and versatile construction laborer to support asset installation. This role requires hands-on experience across multiple trades to support operations and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Areas of support will include framing, plumbing, electrical, tile, paint, cutting, siding, finish, and cabinet building.
Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks including framing, electrical work, installation, cutting, finish work, and building.
- Read and interpret blueprints and tape measures accurately.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively in construction projects.
- Lift materials weighing 50 pounds or more.
- Remain on feet for 10+ hours a day during work shifts.
Essential Skills
- Experience in general labor and construction.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints.
- Ability to measure accurately using a tape measure.
- Skillful use of hand tools and power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work collaboratively within small teams.
- Experience across multiple trades is preferred.

Job Type & Location
This is a contract position based out of Ooltewah.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
