Construction Laborer

We are seeking an experienced and versatile construction laborer to support asset installation. This role requires hands-on experience across multiple trades to support operations and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Areas of support will include framing, plumbing, electrical, tile, paint, cutting, siding, finish, and cabinet building.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various construction tasks including framing, electrical work, installation, cutting, finish work, and building.
• Read and interpret blueprints and tape measures accurately.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively in construction projects.
• Lift materials weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Remain on feet for 10+ hours a day during work shifts.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general labor and construction.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints.
• Ability to measure accurately using a tape measure.
• Skillful use of hand tools and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively within small teams.
• Experience across multiple trades is preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract position based out of Ooltewah.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
