Bookkeeper
LHH Recruitment is working with a respected financial services firm in North Scottsdale that's seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a full-time, fully onsite role offering a competitive salary and the chance to work in a professional, fast-paced environment. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries Process accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closings Support budgeting and forecasting activities Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations Collaborate with accountants and other finance team members Qualifications: 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the financial services industry Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Experience with payroll processing and tax preparation is a plus Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year Search managed by: Cassandra Nienow Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
