A. Perry Homes has several exciting opportunities in Chattanooga, TN, for talented, motivated, and professional Field Superintendents and Project Managers with varying levels of experience in our growing, national, award-winning design-build firm. The ideal experienced candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the residential construction industry, with luxury custom-home experience preferred. A strong understanding of construction techniques and processes, building science, and high-quality custom luxury finishes is important. Familiarity and comfort with managing subcontractors and vendors to exceed the expectations of custom luxury clientele is critical, and project management/cost estimating experience is a plus. Candidates with less experience must act professionally with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. All candidates must be high-energy and enthusiastic, well-organized and deadline-driven, with strong client-relations skills and a willingness to contribute as part of a team. This position requires candidates to work well in a fast-paced, highly dynamic construction environment. Pay commensurate with experience. Responsibilities: • Managing all aspects of project construction to ensure that all expectations of A. Perry Homes & custom luxury clientele are exceeded. • Be comfortable with the use of technology to track project details as well as for internal and client communications. This includes email, project management software, and other applications as needed. • Possess great organizational and communication skills, along with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, with a commitment to getting the job done. • Review subcontractor output concerning schedules and success targets to ensure that the project is on track to be completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards required. • Ensure that each construction project produces a high-quality finished product, manage construction workers, conduct routine on-site inspections, and provide guidance as needed. • Maintain a daily record of project progress and home repair updates for the project manager and the homeowner. • Consult with the project's stakeholders to ensure that the project remains within budget. Qualifications: • Knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building permits, building codes, construction equipment, material resources, construction methods, and project management principles. • Superb organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication skills. • 5 years of prior experience as a general contractor is required for this position; additional management experience preferred. Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 yearly

Compensation:
$100,000-$115,000 per year
