Description
Specific Responsibilities: Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Maintains relationships with customers by resolving issues via e-mail, phone, or fax. Maintains our bookshop by checking stock and appearance daily and assisting walk-in customers. Contributes to the team by handling incoming mail, orders, and invoices Perform related and/or special work as assigned.
