We are looking for a highly skilled Construction Project Superintendent to join our team and oversee on-site operations for high-profile projects.

Position Overview

The Construction Project Superintendent is the on-site leader responsible for daily field operations. This role ensures projects run safely, efficiently, and in alignment with design, budget, and schedule goals. You’ll manage subcontractors, coordinate with inspectors and clients, and serve as the face of the project in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and safety standards.

  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.

  • Monitor project progress and provide accurate reports to project managers and stakeholders.

  • Maintain quality control and enforce compliance with specifications and building codes.

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to avoid delays and cost overruns.

  • Conduct regular site meetings with subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.

  • Support the procurement process by verifying materials and negotiating change orders when necessary.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or in a field leadership role within commercial, multifamily, or hospitality construction.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.

  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive accountability on site.

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and at top quality standards.

  • OSHA certification preferred.
