Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to assist with various tasks on base. This role involves physical labor, supporting skilled tradespeople, site cleanup, material handling, and helping ensure safety and productivity across the job site.

Key Responsibilities:

Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Assist with setup and teardown of temporary structures such as scaffolding, barricades, and job site fencing.
Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and potential hazards.
Operate hand and power tools as directed.
Support carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople as needed.
Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment issues to supervisor.
Perform other general duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Must be able to get clearance on base.
Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Must be able to follow instructions and work independently when needed.

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced construction environment.
Exposure to loud noises, dust, and outdoor elements.
May involve climbing, bending, lifting, and other physically demanding activities.
