About the Role

As a Construction Estimating & Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our estimating and project management teams. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of commercial and recreational projects, including tennis courts, pickleball courts, and other unique spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with bid preparation, including quantity takeoffs, documentation, and communication.
• Collaborate with the sales team to manage bid opportunities and ensure accurate information.
• Support project managers with contract reviews, submittals, and permit applications.
• Identify and implement solutions to challenges during bidding, design, and project execution.
• Draft plans for recreational spaces using CAD or similar tools.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, and client communications.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree, Technical diploma, or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Bluebeam Revu is a plus.
• Previous experience in construction or general contracting is preferred but not required.
