Head of Construction - Elsdon Construction

A well-established General Contractor in Houston is looking to add an experienced Estimator to their growing team. This contractor is widely recognized for delivering high-quality projects across the K-12, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors, with a strong reputation for collaboration, client satisfaction, and repeat business.

What Youll Be Doing

• Preparing detailed and accurate estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive and complete proposals.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and leadership to develop winning bids.
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience as an Estimator with a commercial general contractor.
• Strong background in K-12, Healthcare, or Commercial projects.
• Proficiency with estimating software and construction management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
