We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation of a new build project in Nashville. No Travel required

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• 5 + years in proven experience as a superintendent in commercial ground up construction projects
• Strong back ground in supervising field operations, subcontractors, and self perform crews
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented
