About The Role As a Bell Person, you will be at the heart of our luxury guest experience. Often the very first and last point of contact, you represent the elegance and warmth that defines The Ben. From the moment a guest arrives at our doors, your presence sets the tone for their stay. You will seamlessly manage arrivals and departures, assist with luggage, and offer personalized touches that transform a routine service into a memorable experience. This role is far more than carrying luggage
it is about being an ambassador of our property, a trusted guide to the city, and a discreet caretaker of our guests' comfort. Whether arranging transportation, escorting guests to their rooms, or recommending the best of West Palm Beach, you will anticipate needs before they are spoken, ensuring every interaction reflects the sophistication and thoughtful hospitality of The Ben. Key Responsibilities Extend a genuine, refined welcome to every guest, creating a sense of arrival that is both memorable and effortless. Handle guest luggage with the utmost care, precision, and discretion. Escort guests to their accommodations, offering an orientation of hotel amenities and features. Coordinate transportation, valet services, and local recommendations with seamless attention to detail. Anticipate guest needs, offering thoughtful assistance and personalized touches that elevate their stay. Maintain a gracious presence in the lobby, ensuring a welcoming and polished atmosphere. Work closely with Guest Services, Concierge, and Valet teams to deliver a flawless and luxurious guest journey. What We're Looking For A poised, professional appearance with a naturally welcoming presence. Prior hospitality experience, preferably in a luxury or boutique hotel. Excellent communication skills with a passion for guest interaction. Strong sense of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. Ability to balance multiple requests while maintaining calm and composure. A genuine passion for hospitality and curating unique guest moments.
