A busy family of four living in Purchase, NY is searching for a live-in nanny/housekeeper. The role is Monday through Friday and is generally about 60 hours per week. The family has pets, so you must be comfortable with animals, and you must be able to drive. Responsibilities
Keep the home tidy and organized; manage household inventory and supplies School pickups, after-school activities, and play-date management are a tag team effort with the mom Cook healthy dinners, collaborate with mom on menu planning and prep Laundry and ensuring clothes, shoes, and backpacks are organized and presentable Engaging with the young daughter and keeping her motivated Pet care Grocery shopping and errands as needed Provide a warm, watchful presence, supporting homework, play, and routines Support family during domestic and international travel (packing, routines, transitions) Qualifications
5+ years of childcare experience, preferably with school-aged children Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented CPR and first aid certified (or willing to renew) Confident swimmer Strong driver Experience with travel support for families Requirements
Live-in nanny experience Some nights may be later than others, depending on school and sports, the ability to be flexible is a must Willing to help with animals Legal to work in the U.S. Fully vaccinated (COVID included) Driver's license Salary and Benefits
$35-$40 per hr 2 weeks PTO 35 sick days Live-in private bedroom and bath
