Product Coordinator

The Product Management team is an integral part of the core processes at our corporate locations. As part of the product management team you will be responsible of the handling, management, and allocations of product and samples between our corporate locations. The Product management team works closely with partners in all brands to drive this effort. You will perform functions including but not limited to receiving, stocking, picking, cataloging, and returns processing of Samples between our warehouse and corporate offices. This role is based out of our corporate office in San Francisco. Responsibilities: Receive product as delivered daily via Black Truck, or other; document receipt of product Open products, dispose of packing materials as directed. Assist in the documentation process of all products including e-mail or phone notification to recipients regarding product arrival Bar-code each item and verify accurate computer entry Scan location code, unit code, or item bar-code prior to placing on shelf or upon receipt of returned items Update all files daily for accurate tracking of information Assist with picking and packing items for delivery Assist with package recovery and client problem solving as directed or needed Assist Photo Coordinators with pull lists and changes as needed for photo process Keep warehouse/work area safe and clean according to general warehousing practices and OSHA requirements Assist with loading/unloading trucks and delivery of product as needed Assist with re-ordering supplies as needed Assist with special product projects, and other projects as requested by Product and/or Warehouse Manager Operate a computer and communicate via telephone Use of system generated reports for analysis and reconciliation of inventory-related conditions Transport materials and equipment and lift, move, and carry objects up to 70 pounds on a limited basis Criteria: High School Diploma required, Associate degree preferred 1-3 years experience in a warehouse, retail, or customer service role Well-organized, high attention to detail, deadline-oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor and ability to interact at the executive level High level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation to make the company successful Demonstrated teamwork ability Ability to lift 70 lbs Basic math skills Working knowledge of basic PC use including email and Microsoft Word We firmly believe that working in a culture focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion spurs innovation, creates healthy and high-performing teams, and delivers superior customer experiences. The expected starting pay rate for this position is $25/hr. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
