We're offering a $750 sign-on bonus for the 3:00 PM

11:00 PM shift! You'll receive $250 in your first paycheck, and the remaining $500 after 90 days. We are seeking full-time and part-time CNA's to join our skilled nursing clinical team. We currently have openings for 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM and 11:00 PM-7:00 AM. The starting pay range for this position is $18/hr with exceptional shift differentials too! We are searching for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants with a strong desire to provide excellent care to our residents who reside in the skilled nursing center. You are excited about this opportunity because you will Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising. Give treatments, perform tests, carry out procedures, and collect specimens as instructed. Report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures, and specimens when indicated. Transfer, transport, and escort residents as needed. Answer signal lights promptly. Change bed linens, make beds, and keep rooms clean and orderly. Work as a member of the team. Get along well with co-workers. Accept change in a positive manner. We are excited about you because you Successful completion of a State approved geriatric nursing assistant training program. Prior geriatric Long Term Care (LTC) nursing aide experience is preferred. Registration with State registry required. Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR) Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards Respectful and compassionate Good time management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong ethics Physical endurance Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.
