Statement of Financial Interests with the Florida Commission on Ethics within 30 days of hire. Primary Responsibilities Knowledge and application of House Rules, Protocol, House-specific Applications, House Administrative Policies and the Legislature's Joint Policies and Procedures. Calendar and Scheduling Constituent Management Legislative Research Legislative Process Public Relations and Press Releases Stakeholder Relations Designated Tallahassee Staff during Committee Weeks and Session and Travel System Mandatory Trainings as Assigned Examples of Work Performed Calendar and Scheduling Constituent Management Legislative Process Public Relations and Press Releases Stakeholder Relations Designated Tallahassee Travel Staff during Committee Weeks and Session Minimum Qualifications An Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university and two years of administrative experience. Professional administrative experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
