Job Description:

Assisting the staff at the Chicago Wabash building with administrative and mail processing Provide support for Chicago Loan Processing and Letter of Credit Teams. Incoming Mail Processing Return Mail Processing Administrative Support for Letter of Credit partners Assist with selected additional functions for Retail and Commercial Processing and possibly Special Handing on a limited basis. This will be an Emphasis on low risk activities to free up additional time for full time partners. Qualifications:

High School Diploma required Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Learns quickly and is extremely detail oriented. Willing to be trained and assist the team Prior experience in a Loan Operations/Processing or Administrative environment would be preferred. Past experience with performing administrative duties Understanding of legal documentation Experience with ACBS and IBS Insight (FIS systems) is highly preferred Strong knowledge of Loans Retail or commercial banking experience is a plus Normal Hours: 9am - 6pm CST

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
