As a Plumbing Project Manager, you will be a key player in overseeing and managing the successful execution of our mechanical projects. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of mechanical construction.

What you'll do

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success.
• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and regular project updates.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and control costs to maximize profitability.
• Ensure that all project work adheres to industry standards and company quality guidelines.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Monitor project schedules and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
• Oversee contracts, change orders, and subcontracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, implementing safety protocols, and promoting a culture of safety on-site.
• Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Utilize email and technology systems for project documentation, communication, and management.
• Other duties as assigned.
