Our client is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the move to a new Product Information Management (PIM) system. This role is critical in ensuring the successful deployment of a centralized platform to manage product data across multiple channels, improve data quality, and streamline product content workflows.

Our client is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the move to a new Product Information Management (PIM) system. This role is critical in ensuring the successful deployment of a centralized platform to manage product data across multiple channels, improve data quality, and streamline product content workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across IT and the business???????
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, updates, and reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Oversee the configuration and deployment of the PIM system.
  • Ensure data migration, integration with ERP, CMS, and e-commerce platforms is executed smoothly.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
  • Identify potential risks, communicate to the necessary teams/stakeholders and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve project issues and roadblocks in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure the PIM system meets business requirements and quality standards.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and support optimization efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital transformation or IT system implementations.
  • Proven experience with PIM systems and knowledge of PIM best practices.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with IT and business stakeholders
