Shipping & Receiving Specialist
The Shipping & Receiving Specialist will be responsible for efficiently unloading trucks using an electric pallet jack, receiving incoming products in accordance with warehouse management system processes, accurately identifying and breaking down materials, noting discrepancies, and preparing products for storage. The role also involves conducting cycle counts, verifying bin locations, consolidating inventory, and picking orders. Responsibilities Use an electric pallet jack to unload trucks. Receive and process incoming products according to warehouse management system procedures. Identify and break down materials accurately, noting any discrepancies. Prepare products for storage. Conduct cycle counts and verify bin locations. Consolidate inventory as needed. Pick and pack orders efficiently. Essential Skills Experience using a pallet jack. Proficiency with cherry picker, RF scan gun, and order picking. Attention to detail to ensure correct product acceptance and discrepancy noting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with stand-up forklifts is a plus. Ability to assist in various warehouse areas as needed. Why Work Here?
