Our client, a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong presence across the DMV region, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance.
• Collaborate with superintendents to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality job sites.
• Lead client communication and maintain strong relationships throughout the project.
• Prepare and review cost reports, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Drive successful completion of commercial projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 3+ years in a Project Manager role.
• Demonstrated track record of stability and tenure with prior employers.
• Strong background managing ground-up and/or interior renovation commercial projects (office, retail, healthcare, education, mixed-use).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, CMiC, or similar).
