Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on customer trends. Handle customer complaints with empathy and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone. Ability to multitask efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technology. Benefits
