Accounts Payable Analyst

Location: Farmington, CT Pay: $25/hr. Industry: Financial Services A global leader in the financial services industry since 1975 is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their corporate AP team onsite in Farmington, CT. This role involves supporting daily AP operations including high-volume invoice processing, three-way matching, and invoice analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the full-cycle AP process and a keen eye for detail to resolve complex invoice issues. Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable transactions using Oracle Cloud Manage high-volume invoice processing Perform three-way match procedures Conduct supplier invoice analysis Research and resolve AP exceptions Determine accounting treatment for non-PO invoices Initiate supplier payments Utilize Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) Benefits:
