- Analyze operating results, budgets, and forecasts; deliver executive-level reporting and insights.
- Conduct cost analysis on production, labor, and overhead to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Partner with leadership on pricing strategies, capital projects, and profitability improvement.
- Oversee inventory valuation, controls, and reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting.
- Prepare journal entries, P&L reports, and audit schedules; ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Build and refine reporting models to streamline budgeting and forecasting processes.

What Youll Do

- Bachelors degree in Accounting (required)
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in manufacturing/inventory accounting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP or equivalent)
- Detail-oriented problem solver with a track record of accuracy and initiative
