Shared Services Representative
Position reviews and processes deductions, generates reports, and performs general clerical duties. Interacts with internal and external customers professionally. Responsibilities: Responsible for aging of deductions for specific customers Review and verify promotions to resolve proper deals to the customer Reconcile MS Excel spreadsheet with open and/or questionable deductions Maintain Account Receivable filing system Interact with internal and external employees Responsible for collections and handling customer accounts Acute attention to detail Completes other tasks as needed Requirements: HS diploma or equivalent required; two-year degree preferred Previous experience in accounting is preferred Ability to analyze and improve work processes and policies Excellent support skills, professional demeanor, and strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a high paced, high-energy atmosphere Understand and excel in a team-based approach to completing assignments and projects Demonstrate thinking outside-the-box and be creative in problem solving Proficiency with various software applications, programs including MS Word and MS Excel Chobani is a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people, while elevating our communities and making the world a healthier place.
