We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Data Entry/ Recruiting Clerk to join our growing team. Responsibilities Maintain the hiring department's high degree of organization and efficiency Perform clerical duties like emailing, handling paperwork, and processing background checks Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates Draft communications materials Perform recruitment duties including scheduling interviews, updating the calendar, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails Maintain an accurate, organized, and detailed candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork
