Overview

Cordia Resources is seeking an Accountant. This role will play a key part in supporting month-end reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to the success of the finance team.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly account reconciliations and assist with the month-end close process
• Support accounts payable, including invoice processing and vendor management
• Support accounts receivable, including billing, collections, and cash applications
• Assist with preparing journal entries and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and audits as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 3+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
